Patak's Karahi Collector Website Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is open to all UK, RoI, CI and IoM residents aged 16 or over.

2. To obtain the Karahi collect the required number of lids indicated below from Patak's 500g Cooking Sauce promotional jars and send along with a cheque or postal order payable to Patak's Karahi to freepost address (no stamp required) FREEPOST Patak's Karahi, PO Box RLUK-AHUU-KKEK, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY.

3. Up to 4 lids from promotional jars of Patak's Cook in Sauce are required to obtain the Karahi for FREE. Alternatively the Karahi is also available for a reduced number of lids plus a monetary contribution, see full details below.

Patak's Karahi - Size: 30cm (Diameter) x 7.5cm (Height) x 0.65mm (Thickness). Material: Iron with black non stick coating

FOR FREE: 4 lids & £2.00/€2.00 per item towards the cost of postage
OR: 2 lids & £5.00/€5.00 per item which includes the cost of postage

4. An application form is available to download and print via the website www.pataks.co.uk. Alternatively, on a plain piece of paper clearly state your name and address and that you are aged over 16 years or over. If you would like to be kept up to date with future Patak's promotions and offers state this clearly on your application form and include your email address. Cheques or Postal Orders must be for the exact amount (cash is not accepted) and the correct number of lids must be included, or your application will be returned.

5. You can cancel your order up to 7 working days after delivery by returning the item at your own cost to the application address above.

6. Closing date for receipt of applications is 14/09/10.

7. Please allow 28 days for delivery.

8. No responsibility will be accepted for applications lost, delayed, corrupted or damaged by any means. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

9. In the event of over subscription to this offer the promoter reserves the right to send an alternative designed item of equivalent value and will reimburse the cost of returning substitute items if not acceptable.

10. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any requirements set out in any accompanying promotional material
