- Cut the baby corn into halves. Cut the paneer into cubes.
- In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil and add the paneer. After 2 minutes add the Patak's Jalfrezi Cooking Sauce and the baby corn.
- Heat through on a moderate heat for 15 minutes.
- Stir in the cream and garnish with the fresh coriander.
- Serve with simple plain basmati rice.
