Baby Corn & Paneer Jalfrezi (Makai Paneer Jalfrezi)

  1. Cut the baby corn into halves.  Cut the paneer into cubes.
  2. In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil and add the paneer.  After 2 minutes add the Patak's Jalfrezi Cooking Sauce and the baby corn. 
  3. Heat through on a moderate heat for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cream and garnish with the fresh coriander.
  5. Serve with simple plain basmati rice.
