- In a bowl make a marinade by mixing the yogurt and Patak's Vindaloo Paste.
- Marinate the fish, cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Remove the fish from the marinade and cook over medium coals on a barbecue or under a medium grill for 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Serve with a fresh salad and wedges of lemon.
