Beef Balti

Beef Balti

A traditional Balti is cooked and served in a Balti dish (a flat bottom dish with handles) and is characterised by vibrant and tangy flavours, and chunks of tomato and pepper. This is our most simple Balti recipe, and uses a minimum of ingredients to bring out the rich flavours of the Balti sauce. The Balti sauce already has peppers and tomatoes in it, however I have added more to make it even heartier. Feel free to add whatever vegetables you like.
