The Bellini is a delicious champagne drink, which although was invented in Harry's Bar in Venice, fits well with Indian cuisine due to the delicious mango flavour. This one has an extra surprising chilli kick, which actually tastes amazing. Serve it up pre dinner with pappadums and dips.
