This is an oriental style stir-fry dish, that uses our delicious mild Korma paste. A great week day meal, it uses Quark which is a special type of curd cheese, however replace with yogurt if that is what you have handy. This one tastes healthy as it is full of vegetables, and is a great way to get the delicious flavours of a Korma in a less creamy and indulgent dish.
