Fresh, light and perfect for the barbecue.  The tantalising flavours of the Tandoori paste, with the sweet Mango salad compliment the delicate fish perfectly. A great dish for the summer months.

Ingredients

For the Salsa Salad

  • ½ - 2 red chillies (depending on your heat preference and freshness of chillies), deseeded and sliced
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, stoned and diced
  • 2 mangoes, stoned, peeled and diced
  • juice of 1 lime
  • rocket to garnish

Methods

  1. Rub the Patak's Tandoori Paste over the sea bass fillets.
  2. Griddle or barbecue the fish for 2 minutes each side.
  3. Meanwhile, mix all the salsa ingredients together.
  4. Serve the sea bass with the salsa salad and garnish with the rocket
