Spicy Chicken Bhuna

Spicy Chicken Bhuna

A Bhuna is a popular feature on many Indian restaurant and takeaway menus in the UK, and is actually a cooking process where the spices are fried first with the meat then added to cook in it's own juices. This is a similar process to cooking with our pastes. A the taste of a Bhuna can vary, however it is often quite a dry curry. This is a very simple recipe using our Bhuna paste, and you can make it drier if you prefer by using less water, It is spicy, tangy and full of flavour.
