Tandoori Fish Kebabs

A simple dish, these kebabs are great for the barbeque. The Tandoori paste gives it a tangy, mildly spiced taste which doesn't interfere with the delicate flavours of the fish. Simply delicious

Ingredients

  • 225g skinless haddock or cod fillets cut into small squares
  • 1 small green pepper cut into similar sized pieces as the fish
  • 4 tsp Patak's Tandoori Paste
  • 110ml natural yogurt 1 tbsp lemon juice

Methods

  1. Thread the fish and the peppers onto skewers.
  2. Mix together the Patak's Tandoori Paste, yogurt and lemon juice
  3. Spoon over the kebabs, cover and marinate for at least half an hour.
  4. Grill or barbecue over hot coals, turning occasionally.
