A fab way to add flavour to homemade wedges, these are brilliant with a burger and add a bit of fire and spice to the potato. Oven-baked, so healthier than deep-fried chips, this is a fantastic potato side that the whole family is sure to love.

1. Cut the potatoes into wedges and boil in water until they are just cooked through. Drain the water.
2. In an ovenproof dish mix the oil, flour and Patak’s Tikka Masala Paste together, making sure there are no lumps. Toss the potatoes into the dish and shake around so all wedges are coated with the Tikka marinade.
3. Roast in a moderate oven 180°C/ 350°F/ gas 4 for about 35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Serve with a creamy raita
