The weather is amazing at the moment and absolutely perfect for picnics and outdoor entertaining. I love BBQ’s and eating ‘al fresco’. Sandwiches are always a favourite at this time as year as they are great to eat on the go, but they can be a little boring and I am always thinking of ways to give them a lift.
Our little know Bengal Pickle is just the product to help you do this. It tastes great as it is – just spread some onto your favourite sandwich to give it a delicious bite. If you’re up for experimenting, why not mix it with mayo, cream cheese or yoghurt as an amazing spread or as a versatile dip. It tastes a bit like an Indian ploughman’s, so put some on the side of your cheese, meat or ploughman’s board. I have also mixed it with some vegetables before roasting, which tastes great on its own or popped in a Panini and melted with cheese – simply delicious!

Hello, i have been using your pastes for years. Particularly the roghan Josh paste. I have a query … i love your brinjha pickle and have always been able to get it in either morrisons or tesco’s. Recently i have not been able to find it in either and they are both big stores. Have they stopped stocking this item and if so where can i get some ? I use this pickle in all sorts of things and really miss it! Thank you for your help and well done for such a brilliant and tasty range of products ; Lisa.

I came to this website for the very same reason, I can’t seem to get Brinjal Pickle in Morrisons, where I have always bought it. This has led me to search in Tesco and Sainsburys, but to no avail! I have come to love this pickle and am so disappointed not to be able to find it. Is it available online anywhere?
I cannot find Patak’s Brinjal Pickle at Tesco, Morrisons, or Sainsbury’s.
