Karai Cooking Sauce

Like Balti, a Karai is actually a dish in which a curry can be cooked, so the meals that are cooked within it are often named after the dish itself. Our Karai recreates the hot and slightly sweet flavours that you get from a Karai in a restaurant, by combining a tomato and onion based sauce with cumin, chilli and ginger. Try it if you like your curries a bit hotter.
