Madras Cooking Sauce

Madras is a spicy hot curry sauce that originates from the South of India. It is named for the city in India formally known as Madras (funnily enough!), now named Chennai. Our Patak's Madras cooking sauce is a classic and tasty recipe, blending tomatoes and onions with crushed red chillies and spices – meaning all you need to do is add your meat (or veg) and cook.
