Easy Bombay Potato

A  delicious side dish to an Indian curry, Bombay Potatoes are hugely popular in the UK and you will find this tasty dish on many a curry house menu. With our new Easy Bombay Potato Paste, you can create this fab meal with very little hassle at all. It really is a great way to add a bit of flavour and spice to your potatoes.

  1. First chop and fry an onion in a little oil until soft.
  2. Stir in the Bombay Potato Paste sachet and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add 350g of diced potato and 200ml of water and cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Next,add 200g of canned chopped tomatoes and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are cooked - add a little water if necessary.
  5. Serve hot with your favourite Patak’s curry, garnish with a little fresh chopped coriander leaf (optional).
