A Bhuna is actually a cooking process where spices are cooked in oil to bring out their flavour. The Bhuna dish then, that we get in a restaurant is this process with the addition of meat - which is then cooked in its own juices. It can be really delicious and results in a thick, flavoursome but relatively dry curry. Patak's Bhuna Paste has already blended the spices for you, therefore it is really simple to make a delicious tasting Bhuna – you can customise how dry or saucy you want it – just adjust your measurements of water.
