Butter Chicken (or Murgh Makhani) is a wonderfully mild and creamy dish that is hugely popular in countries like the US, Canada, Australia and NZ - and I think set to become equally as popular here in the UK. Simply because it is so tantalisingly delicious, and incredibly indulgent, I can't imagine that it will stay in the background for much longer. This extremely easy recipe uses our Butter Chicken sauce, which is a lovely blend of cream, tomatoes, and of course butter, with spices such as fenugreek and cardamom. So all you need to do to create this tempting dish is add your meat. Of course you can add extras vegetables if you like.
