Spicy Mango Chicken

Mango Chicken is a perfect alternative to a mild Korma or a Sweet & Sour - sweet and flavoursome, with the flavours of Indian spice still really coming through - this is set to become a family favourite. This fab recipe uses our fruity Sweet Mango Chutney and Mild Paste, so it has just the right balance of sugar and spice.

Methods

  1. Heat the oil and fry the chicken until lightly browned.
  2. Add the onions and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the Patak's Mild Curry Paste, water and tomatoes, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Stir in the Patak's Sweet Mango Chutney and serve garnished with the chopped coriander.
