Lamb Rogan Josh with Spinach & Mushrooms

A Rogan Josh is a dish that originates from the Kashmir region of India, and is rich, hearty and flavoursome dish characterised by tomato and heady spices. This is a really quick and easy dish using our Rogan Josh cooking sauce. All I've added here is mushrooms and spinach - which add extra goodness and substance to this tastey dish.
