We can’t resist these simple potato skewers – the perfect alternative to rice. We love to pair these with Oven Bake and BBQ dishes, like our Lemon & Coriander Oven Bake skewers. Delicious!

1 pack Tandoori Oven Bake
750g pack of Baby potatoes
Yogurt & coriander, to serve
Method
Preheat oven to 200C
Chop the baby potatoes into slices
Place in a bowl and cover with Tandoori marinade
Thread each slice onto metal skewers, with spaces between them
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft
Serve on the skewers, drizzled with yogurt & chopped coriander.

This Bombay classic is traditionally spiced with garlic and coriander, and goes perfectly with a Saag Masala or chicken dish. It's delicious and so easy to make with our Tikka Masala Spice Paste.
A fantastic starter, I have included this in my 'Quick & Easy' Diwali menu, however it makes a great appetiser any time. The wonderful flavours of our Jalfrezi Spice Paste tastes superb with the potatoes and onions.... enjoy!
